I am new to middle school and could really use some help with the following
request I got from one of my teachers:

….do you have a good, comprehensive list of recommended books for
8th-9thgrade advanced readers? I keep searching for something that
truly combines
and explains some of the good, new books ( I assume there are some) and some
of the classics ….I found a list that I actually liked from a private school
in Bangkok, Thailand a few years back, but haven't moved beyond that.

I know about Nancy Keane's site and I'm on my way there right after I post
this. Any other suggestions for sites with lists would be very helpful!
Thank you!
