[LM_NET] 5th picture book needed

Hi,

I have a 5th grade teacher that would like to read a picture book about 
characters that are completely opposite and become friends or are so 
similiar that they cannot be friends to introduce the concept of magnetism 
in science,

Any ideas?

All I could think of was Enemy Pie.
