I began checking out today and noticed that on EACH patron record the SAME
fine was attached. I had only a few fines at end of the school year. I
called Athena and the assistance from technical support was given, but the
directions did not help. My school system Athena specialist is working with
the problem now who is working with Athena's technical support. I did a
FULL circulation check and cleared fined detail.
Has anyone had this problem and solved it? If you have, I would appreciate
your solution (s). I will pass the replies to my Athena specialist.
