[LM_NET] TARGET: Dragon Display for Books read

Dear Wonderful Colleagues;
   
  I KNOW I saw a big dragon display on a library catalog recently.  Now, of course, 
I can't find it anywhere.  Does anyone remember this?  It was a big colorful 
Chinese dragon with scales to add for books read.  I've checked online, with no 
luck.
