[LM_NET] TECH: printer problem

One of my teachers is having a problem with her HP Deskjet 840C printer.
When she prints anything, it comes out about 4 times too large.  She isn't
able to print a page of something she typed and have it come out on one
page.  It looks like the page has been zoomed in.  I checked all her printer
settings, and everything looks normal.  I've never heard of this before.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
