[LM_NET] Ref: How do you cite a book jacket?

["Powell, Stephanie" <PowellS@TESD.NET>]

We are working with a teacher on an author project and a student would
like to use info that he found on the back flap of the book cover. How
would he cite this for a formal research project? I tried to find
something "official" online but was unsuccessful! Thanks in advance!
