In answering a question about lunch book clubs, I was reminded of a book my
4th grade teacher read to us during lunch (it would have been 1962 or so, I
think). It was about some kids and a sailboat and a search for a shell
called the lion's paw. I think the book was called "The Lion's Paw", but
can't really remember. Does this ring a bell with anyone?
Also, does anyone else remember the Janet Lambert books? They're being
reissued and I'm going to collect them. I loved those books back in the
day!!
