[LM_NET] TEXAS ONLY: Be There...TCEA LIB SIG Meeting February, 2008

Now is the time to register for the TCEA, Texas Computer Education
Association, Conference, to be held February 4-8, 2008, in Austin. Why
should you attend?

1.       Great exhibits, workshops, and chances to visit with colleagues!

2.       The ALWAYS GREAT TCEA LIB_SIG (Librarians' Special Interest Group)
Meeting!!

3.       Austin is the best ever for a conference good time!

This year our LIB_SIG  is proud and pleased to have as guest speakers
Barbara Jansen and Marla McGhee, well known authors and presenters par
excellence! Linworth Press is generously sponsoring this event again this
year and making it possible for us to host our speakers. Our thanks go out
to Marlene Woo-Lun and everyone at Linworth.  They have made it possible for
us to offer top-notch speakers for the past three years. Registration for
the conference and for housing is open this week, in fact choice housing is
going fast! Here are the details for our meeting:

Date: Wednesday, February 6

Time: 4:00 PM

Place: Ballroom F

We are looking forward to a great crowd again this year! Remember to pay
your dues when you register and thus be eligible for DOOR PRIZES!!!
