[LM_NET] ELEM: Manga for little kids

I keep looking for motivation for my reluctant readers to read. 
Manga does that for some.  I found a manga book at a used book sale. 
Does anyone know anything about this one?
Yotsuba & 1 (numeral one) by Kiyohiko Azuma
The blurb on the back looks ok.  A green-haired girl, new in town, 
fears air conditioners.  Can't find it in the No Flying No Tights 
site.
