[LM_NET] Back in the fold

Woohoo! I'm a library media teacher again. I was one
in California until we moved to Oregon with my
husband's job. I've been working in a public library.

Tomorrow, after my public library staff meeting, I go
in to the district to sign papers. It was a very fast
process for me. My Oregon license just came last week.
I don't have all the job details, yet, but I have a
lot of work ahead of me and they say I'll be setting
the pace. I suspect I'll be doing some tech training.
What fun!

Everything has been by edZapp.com, email and phone,
haven't met anyone in person, but as they were
checking my references, I was checking them. I even
went to talk to the union to make sure I wasn't
walking into a snake pit. I'm not.

It is a new position in four of the district's five
schools. They have long-established library aides. I
will most likely be searching the archives and asking
questions.
