[LM_NET] TAR: Computer software to monitor students online

We have renewed interest in a software program that monitors students when they are 
online. Bandwidth is an issue in our building, and so programs that might use 
significant bandwidth would be a deterant.

If any of you use such programs and might be able to provide suggestions, it would 
be appreciated.
