[LM_NET] Software, template, etc that can be converted into a MARC record

I am trying to develop some type of template, etc that
can be converted easily into a MARC record.

I am working on a project where teachers will find
supplemental resources on various lexile levels for
topics in their classrooms.

I know the fields and information that I want to
require -- but teachers can't catalog into the
autmation system - nor would I want them to

I would like to know if anyone has found a template,
software package, etc. -- that would take information
entered in database or template that would convert
into a MARC record if you mapped the field to the
correct MARC tags
