[LM_NET] Gen: title not recognized

You guys are the greatest!  Changing the 0 to a 4 in the 245 subfield did the 
trick.  What was throwing me off was that even when I searched the title with "the" 
included, it wasn't coming up.  Not knowing what was wrong was driving me crazy.
