[LM_NET] Target: Educational Technology vs. Instructional Technology

Hello all:
 
Yet another question for the day.  I've been rolling around the idea of getting 
another Master Degree and was looking at Educational Technology as something that 
would go well with my MSIS in School Library Media.  SUNY Albany (state school near 
me) has a degree in Curriculum Development and Instructional Technology.  Is this 
what I am looking for?  If not, where do I look??
