[LM_NET] elem: lowest level readers

We've just been granted some money to purchase some lowest level readers,
both fiction and non-fiction, for K-1 students.
I would very much appreciate anyone sharing their favorite publishers,
vendors, series, etc. I'll be happy to publish a hit.
