One thing I have seen while working with children in computer rooms is that one or
two kids in each class knows as much or more than the teacher. So the assumption is
that the entire class knows "everything". That is often a big mistake.
I tried to adopt the attitude of "Let's just review the steps for anyone who has
forgotten." That way everyone is on the same page...
