Another very large and over due thank you from someone else in Texas.  I
can't remember when I subscribed to LM_NET but I know (thanks to Doug's
blog) I was alive and posting as early as 1994.

So many of the programs and practices I still do in my library can be traced
back to ideas & suggestions from LM_NET - my annual Book Swap, my AR
program, my favorite read alouds, the list goes on and on.

I think I have learned more about the profession than I ever did in library
school and it didn't cost me a penny in tuition.

I'm pretty much a lurker these days - blogging and an ever growing internet
book selling business takes up much of my free time but I still read LM_NET
each and every day.
