[LM_NET] Hit: Destiny Offsets

Thanks everyone for the help, I am not sure I got what I needed but I will try a 
few things. My experience with the help desk has been aful but maybe I will try 
again.
My Original Post:
I need help. I have tried all options to print labels out of destiny. I have used 
the offset option with no luck. Can anybody with either of the following printers 
give me their offset numbers and which style labels they use? I need for barcodes 
and spine Labels
 HP Laser Jet 4100 TN
 HP Laser Jet 4350n

 Two printers two schools, Oh the fun!!!

Your problem may be with Adobe.  If you go to the help section in
Destiny, you will find a section about setting Adobe Reader printing
options. When I make the corrections to Adobe, I was able to print.

have the hp LaserJet 4100 and use Demco's 5 by 11 spine labels (14216170) with the 
following offsets:

Horizontal: 34
Vertical: 15

I spent HOURS trying to improve the vertical centering but this is the best I could 
do. Follett was of no help.

We have issues too and are upgrading to 7.5.  We have been told that more
options are available with the upgrade.

We use LASER SPINE LABELS 5600 (Brodart Cat. No. 55-395-002)

We had the same problem and ended up having to call the help desk.  Call them and 
they will walk you through it...it has something to do with telling the computer 
you are printing it to a printer and not PDF....it's very simple once you talk to 
them.

It's hard for me to tell for sure from here at home, but look at the Page Scaling 
setting that is on the Acrobat Print box. I think it should be set to NONE.

Call tech support you pay for this kind of help.  Also make sure you have
the newest driver for the printer.

I was mistaken, my specs don't match yours exactly.  I have an HP 4200n.  I use 
Avery 5160 address labels--3 across, 10 down. My offsets are -5 horizontal, and
-12 vertical.
