[LM_NET] Target: Follett Panther and Circ/Cat Plus Help Needed

Hello,

 

Does any one have any experience using Follett's new Panther scanner for
inventory?  I did not have a Dolphin, but purchased this and haven't been
able to work with it.  I have contacted Follett for directions on using the
Panther with Circ/Cat Plus as it is advertised to work with them, however I
was told that the "Getting started guide" (for setting up the Panther only)
and another document are all that is available.  The customer service rep
checked to verify this and did email me later confirming that those are the
only documents written and neither gives any directions past setting up the
Panther.  (I did download and install version 6.4.) 

 

I have played with it and have no idea what to do.  I would be willing to
call (my nickel) at a time convenient for you if you can walk me through
this.
