[LM_NET] TAR: Title of George Washington poem?

Hi Everyone,

I am looking for a poem.  I was given these details by a father.  It is
about George Washington.  The title is two words.  The poem is about
immigration and is told by an Italian immigrant to his son.  The poem is
funny.
