A neighbor of mine has a daughter who wants to attend college. She has
schizophrenia. My neighbor asked if I could help find
resources/grants/scholarships for people with schizophrenia or other mental
disabilities. Where should I start looking?

Has anyone been presented with a question like this before? How would a
librarian handle this?
