Hi, Do you have a consent form that you send out before a student checks out a 
playaway? How do you handle the earbuds? I am in the process of ordering some and I 
need some kind of form or information that you might add to a student handbook for 
my principal. Or do you handle the playaways just like any other book? Due to the 
cost, I was wondering if I should have parent's consent as they have to pay for 
lost or damaged items.
