My question was; to what extent does your library program allow customizing
or editing, especially with things like overdue notices?
Everyone who responded had a program that allows the librarian to customize.
Some can edit the reports, some can export these reports to anothe program
such as Excel. Some have the ability in the program to customize but perfer
to ask the vendor to create the custom report for them. Everyone was please
that they had the ability to customize. The only frustration I found was
that some would like MORE flexibility to customize reports.
