[LM_NET] Target (Elem): Students who aren't checkig out books

After 20 years as a classroom teacher, I just finished my first year as a library 
media specialist and loved it. I am now reflecting on changes I need to make for 
next year.  Students who haven't returned their books aren't allowed to check out 
more books until the others are returned.  What do these students do in your 
library while the rest of their class is looking for books to check out?  I have 
books for them to read but these students usually aren't my biggest readers.  I'm 
sure someone has an amazing idea. Thanks for your advice.
