[LM_NET] Title of poem needed

Does this sound familiar?  I need the title and poet.  If this poem is
available online, a link would be great.
 
Here's what she remembers about the poem
 
There's a hummingbird and a buzzard (of maybe a vulture). The
hummingbird is social and positive while the buzzard is cowardly.
Basically the poem exhorts us to be hummingbirds and not buzzards.
 
Does this ring any bells? If so could you let me know if you have such
a poem.
