[LM_NET] Experience with Google e-mail

We are a very small school and my principal is thinking of using the 
new Google e-mail for our staff accounts rather than housing them on 
our server in house. Has anyone had any experiences either good or bad? 
Also, has anyone investigated Destiny being housed on Follett's 
servers? TIA
