I also do not feel threatened by the idea. The bookroom in our school is not
designed for pleasure reading or reearch. It is used for guided reading
purposes. It consists of books both nonfiction and fiction titles, that are
leveled. Some of them are well known chapter books and some are from publishers
like the Wright Company.
Frankly, the full time librarian and I don't want the bookroom to be
considered part of our collection. We have not felt that our library is not used.
