I have uploaded my form (Thank you Again Terry Snodgrass!--mostly YOUR form
with a couple of modifications) to my website.  Our district media
coordinator was thrilled with it.  The document title is "Equipment.doc" to
download.  I did not copy protect it so you can change it for your needs.

I did not post my Weeding lesson this year and it is a bit late in the year
but it has been a couple of years so I am throwing it out again if anyone is
interested.  It proved very popular when I last posted it a few years ago.
