[LM_NET] TAR=>Education Digest

I am working on my magazine order for next year, and came across this title that 
looked interesting for teachers.  Is anyone familiar with this magazine?  Their 
description says that they comb hundreds of educational journals and choose the 
best and most relevant and give clear and concise versions.  If you have used this, 
please share your opinions.
