[LM_NET] Correction of Hot Rod request

I apologize to all of the wonderful souls who looked into this for me.  I have done 
some more digging and asking and have discovered that I am looking for Popular Hot 
Rodding Magazine and an article called "Old & New, Subtle & Blue."
