[LM_NET] Target: 2nd try. . . Smart Board "Best Practice"

I didn't get much feedback from my original post so I'm going to try it
one more time.  Would you please share your "best practice" experiences,
websites, etc. for using a "Smart Board" or similar product in the
classroom.
