[LM_NET] Switching from Spectrum to another library software

We are seriously considering switching from Spectrum Circ/Cat to another
library software. After reading several of the postings on LM_NET (which
I have kept and reread) regarding different library software programs,
we are looking at...

Follett: Destiny
Companion Corp: Alexandria
BookSystems: Concourse or Atriuum

If anyone has switched from Spectrum to one of these other programs, did
you have to re-barcode your collection? If yes, how difficult was it?
How difficult was the transition overall?

It seems I may have to make this decision much sooner than I expected
(like by the end of June) because of money issues, so any help would be
appreciated.
