[LM_NET] Hit: Finding Top 10 in Mandarin

I finally got the answer from Mandarin. They sent me a report that you can only put 
it in your Report Tools if you have the updated version of Mandarin. If you don't 
have it, just go to www.mlasolutions.com to update it at your server and client 
stations. Once you've updated your version, put the report in your bib and item 
folder of report tools. I can't send the report in attachment form so if you send 
me an email requesting it, I will send it to you.
