Using the "link back" technique, here is the information that I found
on the website:

From the information below, you can search the owner's name to find
out about his "dealings" in the stock market; information about
"IDoser Brainwave Synchronizer Prescription Drug Emulation" and how
others are downloading / using this; and other interesting
information.

My take...it's a scam.  However, it's still interesting to unravel the
mystery.  Reminds me of the book "Feed" by M.T. Anderson.
