[LM_NET] Target: compare Destiny vs. Mandarin

Hello Fellow LM_NETTERS,

I do not want to initiate a large discussion of the pro and cons of each 
system.  However, I would like to hear off list if anyone has experience 
with both of these systems and which one would be preferable for a 
elementary library.
