[LM_NET] TARGET:SEC: teacher evaluations by students

Greetings to the collective wisdom:  Here is an interesting 
request!

I have been asked to find any examples of teacher 
evaluations being done BY STUDENTS (not administrators), at 
the secondary level.

I realize this is quite common at the college and university 
level.  However, this teacher wants to do a test project 
upon himself at the high school level.  (Oh, what 
interesting comments he shall receive..... ;-)

If you have any samples of teacher evaluations given by 
students, please forward them off-list.
