Monica,

One of the great ways our librarians keep up with new technology
developments is by taking Web 2.0 workshops.  There are a whole series of
online workshops that LMS's can take for either Dept. of Ed. credit or for
college graduate credits at ProfessionalDevelopmenCredit.com

Check them out.  It's nice to know that some schools of education like the
University of Rhode Island's are embracing Web 2.0 and offering classes to
bring the rest of us up to speed.
