[LM_NET] Target: Proposal to add hours for aide

The number of students and class sections at my school has increased by about 25% 
in the last 5 or 6 years.  My library aides position was extended from a 1/2 day to 
a full day about 7 years ago.  I'd like to get her position extended to an 8 hour 
position so that she would be here an hour before school and an hour after.  Of 
course we would open the library for students during these extended hours.

I'm ready to justify my request but I'm having trouble writing a proposal to 
present to administration.  Does anyone have a proposal that you've written either 
to get an aide or to extend hours that I could look at for ideas?
