[LM_NET] TARGET: Suggested software/programs for ELL Students

I have had a request from a teacher looking for recommended
software/programs that can be used with ELL students. The teacher would like
the ELL students to be able to use the software while the other students are
working in the computer lab. She has thought of Rosetta Stone.  Any others?
