[LM_NET] HS: Library lab usage policy

Colleagues,
If you have a written library lab or general lab policy for technology use, do you 
mind sharing this with me?   I think some where out in the media center world is an 
excellent policy that i can adapt.
I will post a hit if there are any other interested colleagues.
