Hi again,

I just went onto Library of Congress' website, so I have a little more
information on how to direct you to the "foreign countries" section.

1. www.loc.gov
2. On the top thumbnail, click "Global Gateway" (multilingual resource on
world culture)
3. Click on either "Portals to the World" ( Electronic resources on the
nations of the world selected by Library of Congress subject experts)

Or

"Research Guide and Databases" ( Search country studies, foreign law
materials, specialized catalogs, digitized books and journals)
