I have a security system from Checkpoint that is about 15 years old. The plan is
to recarpet the floor this summer and I was told that the current security towers
will probably not function if they are moved due to sensitivity. The flooring
contractor asked if I could replace the security system with "the new kind that is
small and mounts to the wall like you see in stores now." Does anyone know if this
is possible? Do I need the large towers to work with my existing tag system? (I
really do not want to put new security in all the books.)
Thank you for any information or opinions!
I will post a hit of any responses.
