Greetings!
I really, really need your help. I have absolutely no clue where to
begin. The basement of my church has been unusable for many, many
years. Mold and mildew were allowed to run rampant. The basement
has now been fixed, however there are still two large filing cabinets
and one small filing cabinet that are full. We do not know the
condition of the papers inside the cabinets, but would like to
preserve them, as they may contain valuable information about the
church. The cabinets were not in the moldy section of the basement.
How would I go about getting the papers out of the cabinets? What
procedure do I need to follow to ensure the successful retrieval of
the papers without damaging them or me?
Many thanks for your help in this matter.
