[LM_NET] Kasper, Casper???

Is here a circulation system called Kasper or Casper? I have applied in a  
system that and was told they used this, but I can't find it on the web, so I  
must be spelling it wrong. I have only been in two schools in my 23 years but I 
 have used MOLLI, Athena and Infocentre, but I'd like to know about this  one.
