[LM_NET] Behavior contract for elementary LMC--TARGET

Does anyone have a behavior contract for use with a student  in an 
elementary school LMC   they are willing to share?  No need to reinvent the 
wheel.  Archives of LM NET are not working at the time I am typing this.
