Hi,
I know that this is a busy time for most of you and others are already on summer
vacation but I can use some advice.
I am about to interview for my first LMS position in a small, rural K-12 building.
I am just wondering how I will find time in the day to service all the teachers and
students. I assume that the elementary grades will be on a fixed schedule and
secondary on a flexible one. How do you work the secondary classes around the
elementary ones? My first thought was to schedule elementary in the am and leave
secondary for the pm-but I am sure there will be secondary classes that need to
come in the am too.
Am I making myself clear? I will be the only LMS. How do other K-12 LMS make it
work?
Thank you for any help you can give me,
