[LM_NET] Free web site hosting

Can anyone recommend a free web site host for teachers? I want to create a
library page. I am using the free version of Geocities at the moment, but
one of their policies is that you don't post any link that take people out
of Yahoo. In other words, I am not allowed to put any links to outside
resources on it. How dumb is that?
