Debbie, I frequently see you post your concerns on LM_NET and I
appreciate the diversity of viewpoints plus the thinking this
encourages. Whenever there is a problem, we should be finding
solutions. Could you direct me to a short list of the top ten titles
that are acceptable and should be included in every elementary
curriculum this next year? Then I could spend some time this summer
locating, reading, and preparing for next year. I'd like to be very
proactive. In fact, I'd love to see top ten lists from many other
groups in society. It is so much easier to advocate for inclusion of
something than simply protest the omission. Thank you for your help.
I know there are many of us on LM_NET who could benefit from this.
