[LM_NET] change of email address to continue account

[Robert <robert@GCRONLINE.COM>]

I am anticipating changing internet providers which will result in a new 
email address.   Can someone tell me how to notify  the listserv to have 
permission to send emails to the listserv from the new email address?

Do I unsubscribe and then resubscribe?
