[LM_NET] TAR: Book title needed

Hi,
 
I have a teacher looking for a book about lying.  It should focus on a
elementary/middle school student who is making up lies for no apparent
reason.  She would like something with a similar message to Peter and
the Wolf .  Any help would be greatly appreciated!
